Karate kicks always appear the most exciting part of learning karate. Karate kicks require lots of practise and they should be performed with one foot firmly on the ground to start with! There are high kicks to the head (and even some jumping kicks but these are mostly a thing of the films and when you get more advanced in your learning!) but a good basic level needs to be developed through practise.
When learning from home we suggest start with the Front Kick, Round Kick, Side kick, then move onto Hook and Back kick. There are mor e but that’s a good start.
